Garbh Sanskar (Garbh = foetus, Sanskar = developmental influences/rituals) is about creating the physical, mental, behavioural, spiritual, and environmental conditions for optimal fetal development. It starts before conception and continues through pregnancy with aligned diet, lifestyle, environment, and emotional inputs.
Goal: help produce better‑quality sperm and ova.
